About Invest Plus Granny Flats

Invest Plus Granny Flats is a newly formed company created by master builders who have over 25 years' experience specialising in new home builds, extensions and renovations. The team has also worked with many property investors looking for ways to easily extend their property investment portfolio.

The Invest Plus team has built and renovated numerous properties in Sydney’s western suburbs including Parramatta, Westmead, Seven Hills, Blacktown and Penrith. Past clients also include home renovations and additions in Hunters Hill and Ryde as well as working with property investors on the Central Coast areas of Hornsby, Gosford and Umina.

In 2009, the state government introduced the Affordable Housing SEPP which allowed for a granny flat to be built on blocks larger than 450sq m. Since then, investors and homeowners are realising the potential of their land and maximising the returns by adding additional dwellings to their properties.

As an award winning master builder, Nick has over 25 years experience under his belt. He has an incredibly personable, trustworthy and down to earth approach to his craft which is why most of his work comes from word of mouth referrals.

Over the years he has built new homes, renovated and extended existing homes and restored heritage homes across Sydney, including homes for some of Australia’s high profile sportsmen. He prides himself on being ‘on-site’ supporting his team in the trenches to manage the project from start to finish, with the highest quality and superior attention to detail.
